Corrigan’s Produce Farms is a family owned and operated business, spanning 210 hectares over three farms in the City of Casey, 50 kilometres south-east of Melbourne.
We supply top quality produce to all major Australian supermarkets and wholesalers and to interstate markets. Our product lines include: Baby Cos lettuce, Salad Onions, Celery, Celeriac, Pak Choy, Leeks, Silverbeet, Tuscan Kale and Green Curly Kale and Red Kale. We also value add many of these lines on site.
Corrigan’s is owned and operated by fifth-generation farmers, a brother and sister team comprised of Darren Corrigan and Deborah Corrigan. The pair is committed to farming excellence and operates with a clear set of priorities: safety, quality, sustainability, people and community.
The business is staffed by an ethnically diverse team of some 85 people. Corrigan’s workforce reflects the rich diversity and multiculturalism of Australia and we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace, where individual difference is respected and managed in a way to enhance business performance.
Many of our full-time employees have worked in the business their entire lives (or very close to it), enhancing business stability and creating an exceptional knowledge base. The longevity of our employee relationships and low staff turnover reflects our strong commitment to people.
With a focus on staff training and development, maintaining a culture where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, attention to employee health and wellbeing and employee engagement, we have created a great place to work for our team and an environment where excellence can be achieved.
