ABOUT
Corrigan’s Produce Farms is a 6th generation family-owned and operated business, supplying high quality vegetables to the Australian market. Spanning over 300 hectares on three farms in the City of Casey, 50 kilometres south-east of Melbourne we supply top quality produce to all major Australian supermarkets and wholesalers, interstate markets and export overseas.
What we grow
Baby Cos lettuce, Salad Onions, Celery, Celeriac, Pak Choy, Leeks, Silverbeet, Tuscan Kale and Green Curly Kale and Red Kale.
Our Environment
The deep sandy loam soils and mild weather conditions and access to water on our farms in South East Gippsland Victoria, are perfect for growing the best quality produce year round.
As primary producers, we have a deep respect for our land and are committed to environmental responsibility. We strive to efficiently use resources and ensure our farm management practices are sustainable over time. These practices include how we maintain and enhance our soil,
“healthy soil = healthy plants” and crop rotations to minimise disease. Water management, water is our most valuable resource and every drop is precious. We reticulate all our water and use irrigation best practices to maximize water efficiencies.
Quality Assurance
Our commitment to quality has always been paramount and we are proud to say that we were one of the first farms to gain Quality Assurance in 1997. We are certified to Woolworths Quality Assurance (WQA), SQF, HACCP and Coles Supplier requirements and have Freshcare.
